Виконано аналіз існуючих підходів і моделей розрахунку інтегральних показників кредитостійкості кредитних спілок та фінансових компаній в Україні. Визначено, що модель розрахунку інтегрального показника боржника-юридичної особи, що застосовується, не є оптимальною. Перевірено та визначено нові інтервали (межі) оцінки кредитостійкості кредитних спілок і фінансових компаній. Запропоновано розробити модельний базис функціонування кредитних спілок і фінансових компаній з урахуванням їх інтегральних показників (моделі функціонування; класів або груп (кластерів), до яких належить суб"єкт господарювання, меж розподілу за визначеними кластерами; функціональних залежностей, які б описували та ураховували індивідуальні особливості суб'єктів господарювання).
Проанализированы существующие подходы и модели расчета интегральных показателей кредитоустойчивости кредитных союзов и финансовых компаний. Определено, что применяемая модель расчета интегрального показателя должника-юридического лица не является оптимальной. Проверены и определены новые интервалы (пределы) оценки кредитоустойчивости кредитных союзов и финансовых компаний. Предложено разработать модельный базис функционирования кредитных союзов и финансовых компаний с учетом их интегральных показателей (моделей функционирования; классов или групп (кластеров), к которым принадлежит субъект ведения хозяйства, пределов распределения по определенным кластерам; функциональных зависимостей, описывающих и учитывающих индивидуальные особенности субъектов ведения хозяйства).

The analysis of existing approaches and models for calculating the integral indicators of credit stability of the business entities in Ukraine (credit unions and financial companies) has been performed. It has been determined that the model of the integral index calculating for the debtor - legal entity (which was obtained on the basis of multivariate discriminant analysis), which is currently used and which is not optimal, because the certain business entities have some features that need to consider them separately in different models. New intervals (ranges) of a credit stability assessment for the credit unions and financial companies on their including in the relevant classes or groups (clusters) were tested and determined. It has been established that the model basis of functioning for the credit unions and financial companies with regard to their integral indicators (operational models; classes or groups (clusters)) should be developed. Business entity, distribution limits by certain clusters, functional dependencies, which describe and take into account the individual characteristics business entities) belong to those indicators. Activity analysis of some researches for the integral indicators of the financial and credit institutions and non-bank entities under the conditions of the economic and market system was carried out in this article. Obtained study has been done in accordance with current local legislation. It has been established that the credit unions have enough instability state and they have some unsolved problems. Some calculation models of the integral index (or indicator) debtor, which was determined basing on its annual financial statements for the income structure for the last reporting period, were suggested for use to assess the creditworthiness and competitiveness of business entities in financial services market. It makes possible to classify the entities on the financial services market by its ranking according to a specified class and will check a definition of the suggested distribution boards of the integral index.
