The governance as a legal form of state regulation of the economy is determined іn this article by the concept and system control means. Among the system of the regulatory resources impact on the stock market legal relationships are allocated: the legalmeans of state regulation, self-regulation tools and means of the intra-corporate regulation. The means of state regulation are defined as the statutory instrument of the state regulating influence on the stock market relationships, directed to establish rules or limits in carrying out economic activity in the stock market, the violation of which entails the application of administrative sanctions, economic support and provision of stock market members interest in the implementation of economic activities and transactions on the stock market using securities and derivatives, ensuring of the optimum combination of government regulation and self-regulation of the stock market relations. The general and special funds of state regulation of the stock market relations are investigated. Among them: the licensing of the stock market professional activity; state registration; means associated with the liquidation of the stock market participants; permission procedure, the establishment of the requirements for securities and their issues; requirements for issuers; requirements, criteria and standards of the stock market professional activity and securities transactions; disclosure requirements for stock market participants, self-regulatory organizations; providing investment, tax and other incentives to the stock market participants; regulation of prices and tariffs; certification of the stock market experts and establishment of the requirements for managers and chief accountants of professional stock market participants; the formation and maintenance of the stock market information database; monitoring of the investments movement in Ukraine and abroad through the stock market; implementation of the securities market infrastructure model.
У статті через поняття та систему засобів схарактеризовано управління як правову форму державного регулювання економіки. За суб"єктним складом у системі засобів регулювального впливу на фондові правовідносини виділено засоби державного регулювання, засоби саморегулювання та засоби внутрішньокорпоративного регулювання. Досліджено загальні та спеціальні засоби державного регулювання відносин на фондовому ринку.
В статье через понятие и систему средств охарактеризовано управление как правовая форма государственного регулирования экономики. По субъектному составу в системе средств регулирующего влияния на фондовые правоотношения выделены средства государственного регулирования, средства саморегулирования и средства внутрикорпоративного регулирования. Исследованы общие и специальные средства государственного регулирования отношения на фондовом рынке.
