Наведено історичний огляд досягнень українських учених та інженерно-технічних співробітників Харківського політехнічного інституту (ХПІ) у високовольтній імпульсній техніці за 1960–1990 рр. Описано технічні досягнення установок високої напруги та винаходів українських науковців. Наведено персональні відомості про українських учених та спеціалістів ХПІ, що створили відомі на території України та колишнього СРСР унікальні високовольтні пристрої. Вказано технічні дані генераторів імпульсних напруг і струмів та інших високовольтних комплексів, які в цей час створили українські науковці. Зосереджено увагу на галузях їх застосування та науковій співпраці між ученими ХПІ та іншими українськими установами й науковими центрами світу. Визначено та узагальнено
наукові здобутки українських учених ХПІ в техніці високої напруги.
The historic Review of the achievements of the Ukrainian scientists, engineers and technicians of Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (KhPI) in scientific and technical field of high-voltage pulse technique during the period of the 1960–1990 is done. Technical possibilities of the high voltage installations created by Ukrainian scientists are described. Information about Ukrainian scientists and specialists from KhPI who created
well-known in Ukraine and former USSR unique high-voltage devices are also given. Specified technical dates of pulse voltages and currents generators as well as other high-systems created at that time by Ukrainian scientists are shown. The emphasis is also done on the areas of the application of these inventions and on the scientific cooperation of the researches from HPI with the other Ukrainian and World institutions and research centers. The scientific achievements of Ukrainian scientists of KhPI in high voltage technique are determined and summarized.
