У статті розглянуто підходи науковців щодо формування компетентності в умовах навчального закладу, розкрито основні складові соціокультурної компетентності, запропоновано критеріально-ціннісну систему оцінювання соціокультурної компетентності управлінцянавчальним закладом.
The article describes the approaches of the scientists on the formation of competence in terms of the institution, disclosed the main components of the socio-cultural competence: psychological and pedagogical competence, didactic competence, competence in pedagogical communication, cultural competence, social competence, methodological competence, competence in identifying their own potential and bringing them the responsibility of the requirements of the time, expertise in the education of pupils (students); suggested criterion-value system of evaluation of socio-cultural competence manager institution, criteria and indicators which form the basis of allocation of the four levels (high, sufficient, medium, low) in the formation of socio-cultural competence of managers navchalnyh institutions. В статье рассмотрены подходы ученых по формированию компетентности в условиях учебного заведения, раскрыты основные составляющие социокультурной компетентности, предложено критериально-ценностную систему оценивания социокультурной компетентности управленца учебным заведением.
