Особливий акцент поставлено на внутрішнь оособистісних конфліктах студентів як чиннику виникнення комп"ютерної залежності. Виняткову увагу приділено способам профілактики інтернет-залежності студентів ВНЗ.
Произведен анализ актуальных идей по проблеме компьютерной и интернет-зависимости студентов ВУЗ. Специфический акцент поставлен на внутриличностных конфликтах студентов как причине возникновения компьютерной зависимости. Исключительное внимание обращено на профилактику интернет-зависимости студентов ВУЗ.
The processes of information modern society, along with the undoubtedly positive changes have led to many negative social phenomena. Among which in the last decade especially important was the problem of computer addiction of children and youth. This category of the population is more vulnerable to suggestion, assimilation of false beliefs and values, learning to controversial neurotic patterns, behaviors. Such a person has
an uncritical attitude to information about themselves and the world in general and, naturally, has got a significant amount of internal contradictions and conflicts. The latter are, first, the cause, and then, and effect of computer addiction of children and students. Crucial in this process acquires sphere of communication students as one of the most important types of leading activity for this age. Communication serves university students
major dominant resource in overcoming conflicts. However, communication and social networks through computer must be in time. If it lasts more than two hours a day, then it is a signal for concern. To solve interpersonal conflicts of students a variety of methods, techniques and means of communication are used. In particular, computer, gadget, which respectively stimulate the formation of computer addiction. The latter is an illusion in solving some internal problems of students. Because, in fact, computer addiction, although it gives the individual psychological relief for a while, a sense of self, self-esteem, but later gradually deepens the students inner spiritual crisis. After all, they more often suffer from inefficient use of time on the computer or gadget, the absence of a
clear discipline, planning their educational and professional activities, its results and consequences. In such a situation it is necessary to prevent from computer and Internet addiction.
