Анотація:
У статті досліджується законодавчий механізм реалізації процедури державних закупівель для потреб оборони. Висвітлюється загальна проблематика регулювання зазначеного питання.
The article examines the legislative mechanism to implement of purchases algorithm for needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and others legal military formations. Highlights common problems regulating this issue. The aim of this study is exploring the complex issues of procurement of material and technical means for the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in view of the urgency of the need for purchasing a particular type of property or services, notes about changes introduced to implement public procurement customers with the obligatory use of electronic system procurement, ensuring the procurement, creation, placement, publication and exchange of information in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement".
