В статті аналізуються особливості започаткування наукових досліджень правового та законодавчого регулювання природоресурсних, земельних та сільськогосподарських відносин в кінці ХІХ - початку ХХ ст. на юридичному факультеті Університету Святого Володимира. Проведено огляд монографічних досліджень, історико-правових праць, а також результатів роботи Київського юридичного товариства та цивілістичного студентського гуртка у зазначених сферах.
В статье анализируются особенности зарождения научных исследований правового и законодательного регулирования природо-ресурсных, земельных, сельскохозяйственных отношений в конце XIX - начале ХХ в. на юридическом факультете Университета Святого Владимира. Проведен обзор монографических исследований, историко-правовых работ, а также результатов работы Киевского юридического общества и цивилистического студенческого кружка в указанных сферах.
At Faculty of Law since its establishment in St. Vladimir Kiev Imperial University in 1835 and by the mid 40-ies of XX century there were no specific academic disciplines and fields of legal science aimed at studying and researching the specifics of legal status of peasants, legal regime of land and other natural resources as well as features of legislative regulation of relations in the sphere of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products. However, during this period on the faculty appeared separate scientific researches of above-mentioned problems.
First of all, it is necessary to mention monographic worksof Professor of Faculty of Law of St. Vladimir University V. Udintsev "Possessional Law" (1896) and "Russian Mining-Land Law" (1909). In 1907 the work of another Professor of St. Vladimir University M. Tsytovich "Coercive Disposal and Agrarian Question"was published.
In the late XIX century -early XX century historical scientific researches of legal regulation of land relations on the territory of Ukraine, particularly in the establishment of servitudes, peasant land tenure, land relations in the communities, legal regime of land parcels of spouses were held (I. Novytskiy, M. Vladimirskiy-Budanov, M. Dovnar-Zapolskiy, O. Levitskiy).Іn particular, M. Dovnar-Zapolskiy studied Western-Russian community and reasons for its collapse, specificity of land relations in volost and rural communities, features of peasant reform of ХVI century. In printing house of Imperial St. Vladimir University has published the work of O. Levitskiy, dedicated to features of family life in the South-Western Rus in ХVI-ХVII centuries.
Topical at the end of ХІХ century - the beginning of XX century issues of regulation of land and agrarian relations, legal definition of legal status of peasants, legal regime of natural resources studied members of Kyiv Law Society (V. Nezabytovskiy, D. Pihno, I. Novytskiy, C. Neumann, V. Vasilenko, I. Luchytskiy, O. Bilymovych, M. Duhanov, P. Kovanko).In particular, in 1912 M. Duhanov made interesting reports at the meetings of Kyiv Law Society "Draft Law on the Abolition of Servitudes in Western and Belarus Gubernias" and "Local Customs of Inheritance among Peasants".
Thus, in late XIX century - early XX century at Faculty of Law of St. Vladimir University scientific researches of legal and legislative regulation of natural resources relations, land relations and agricultural relations on the territory of modern Ukraine have been initiated.
