Анотація:
The first international agreement about the emission limit of the hothouse - Kyoto Protocol provides for the economically mechanisms (flexibility mechanisms). The author singled out the basic members of this agreement and proposed ecological-economic model of the international cooperation for the realization of the ecological limits.
