Анотація:
We consider the M/G/1/m queue with two service modes. The server switches modes of service when the number of customers present at a service completion epoch is larger than h. Laplace transforms for distributions of the number of customers in the systemon the busy period and for the busy time distribution function are found. Average duration of the busy time, and formulas for the stationary distribution of number of customers in the system and for the stationary characteristics are obtained.
