The article deals with the actual questions, concerning the Role of Public Procurator's office as Mechanism of State Authority, which performs the functions of observing of reaping Laws, supporting the State Prosecution in the Court, the representation of person's interests or State interests in the Court, in the System of Branches of State Power.
