The odjective of a given paper is to analyze the test-signal method of identification
in the technical diagnostic systems, described by ordinary differential equations with
unknown coefficients. Developed method allows, after solving the system of equations,
obtain unknown parameters with any given accuracy. Result will be useful in elaboration
of dynamic objects parameters identification in the system of technical diagnostic and
in control of dynamic systems, including flying objects.
