The structural system of diagnostic parameters determination of co-ordinate measuring
machine is developed in the gien work, that allows to promote exactness, authenticity,
fast-acting of measuring conducting in the real time. Obtained result wiil be useful in
elaboration of dinamic objects parameters identification in the systems of technical
diagnistic and in control of dinamic systems, including flying objects.
