The stability condition of a retrial queueing system with constant orbit time and a priority for delayed customers is investigated on the GL/D/1 level. It was shown by E.V. Koba that if the system's load due to primary input flow p 1/2 then tne system is stable under mild 'technical' conditions. The authors prove that this result cannot be improved. For any p-1/2 such inter-arrival distribution function can be chosen that the system loses its stability.
