- Анотація:

Lowloss, hightly tunable microwave devises are fabricated using conposite structures in which effective dielectric constant is controlled by piezoelectric indused changes in the enrgy distribution within the devices. With this new approach, high degree of tunability is possible while utilising high Q dielectrics. Highly tunable (more than 20%) microstrip and ring resonators, and wide-band low-loss phase shifters are realised experimentally.
