- Анотація:

A novel probe design for near field measurements in the wide freqancy range ia presented. FDTD simulations are used to carry out a probe characterisation. The advantages of suggested probe are demonstrated by near field measurements at the electromagnetic wave diffraction on both the elliptic dielectric cylinder and the radio-trasparent dielectric matrix with local dielectric inclusions inside.
