The article looks into ways to narrow the gap between demand for workforce in the labour markets and supply in the educational services markets. The author analyses proposals to srteamline the legislature of the Russian Federation aimed at improving the quality of ault vocational training and enhancing particupation of employers' associations in shaping and implementing educational policies.
