It is considered the diffusion of vortexes whose verticle scale tens and hundred times less than horizontal ones. At initial time moment the vortex has only azimuthal velocity component. It is situated far from free surface but close to bottom that result in generation of secondary flows. Below, the correspondent numerical procedure is given.
