This paper introduces development and implementation of new Local Satellite Augmentation System as an integration component of the Regional Satellite Augmentation System (RSAS) employing current and new Satellite Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) for improvement of the Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Air Traffic Management (ATM) and for enchancement safety systems including transport security and control of flights in all stages, airport approaching, landing, departures and all movements over aieport surface areas.
Розглянуто впровадження нової локальної супутникової системи функціонального доповнення LSAS як інтегральний компонент регіональної супутникової системи функціонального доповнення RSAS з використанням існуючих і нових засобів звязку, навігації та спостереження (CNS) для поліпшення керування повітряним рухом (ATC) і організації повітряного руху (ATM), а також для підвищення безпеки системи на етапах підходу до аеропорту, посадки, зльоту і руху по всій площині аеропорту.
