In the article concidered the method of dynamic management of informational streams without changing of structure of network, made estimation of the static and dynamic priority, developed structural diagram of adaptive systems of dynamic management of turns with adaptive multiplexor into its structure, that allow to develop an algorithm of control of fastchanging information streams and method of synthesis of adaptive systems for control of information streams.
Розглянуто спосіб динамічного керування шляхами передачі інформаційних потоків без зміни структури мережі. Виконано оцінку статичного та динамічного пріоритету. Розроблено структурну схему адаптивної системи динамічного керування чергами з адаптивним мультіплексором у своєму складі. Запропоновано алгоритм керування швидкозмінними інформаційними потоками і метод синтезу адаптивних систем керування інформаційними потоками.
