We've illustrated local destruction of metal films on the contact of mikropoints of metalpolymerpairs at electrical-thermal-mechanical friction in triboconjugate. In the triboconjugateprevails electric field. Local breakdown of metal films on the contact patch of micropoints ofmetal-polymer friction pairs of brake device is the initial degree of their destruction. In the caseof local breakdown of the metal film on the patch of micropoint there is a large current densitybreakdown. In the area ofthe breakdown is release thermal energy, which is enough for thelocal destruction of a thin film on the contact patch of metal micropoint. The purpose of thework is establishment of laws of local destruction of metal films of contact patch of micropointsof triboconjugate with the position of the conceptual approach of the contact-pulse natureof electric-thermal-mechanical friction.
