Розглянуто умови роботи і причини виходу з ладу вузлів тертя нафтогазовогообладнання. Розроблено і запропоновано до впровадження стратегіютрибомоніторингу – комплексний науковий підхід з метою підвищеннядовговічності цих вузлів. В загальному суть полягає в удосконаленні пристроївдля дослідження тертя та спрацювання, модернізації технологій поверхневогозміцнення, розроблення нових конструкцій ущільнень як за умов зворотнопоступального руху, так і при терті ковзання, вдосконалення давачівконтролюпроцесів тертя і в завершенні, на основі отриманих даних,розроблення і впровадження промислових зразків вузлів тертя і технологійзміцнення. Всі напрями розробленої стратегії трибомоніторингу захищеніпатентами.
Analysis of oil and gas drilling and operation equipment showed that the lack of resourcesit basically is premature failure of friction units. Operating these units lead to catastrophic wearof friction pairs or individual parts. Before the equipment is operated under the action ofextreme loads, abrasive media, a large relative velocity of the contacting pairs of friction andthe action of other factors related drilling equipment (that drill bits, drilling tools in hole,equipment circulation of the drilling rig and equipment for the rotation of the drill string,blowout equipment, etc.) oil and gas equipment (this is well-control equipment, structuralequipment hole saws - rocking, valves piping and equipment for underground repair of wells,compressors, pumps, etc.). The conditions of work and the reasons for the failure of frictionunits of oil and gas equipment are considered. Developed and proposed for implementation ofthe tribomonitoring strategy - an integrated scientific approach to improve the durability ofthese units. The general aim is to improve the devices for the study of friction and wear,surface hardening technology upgrading , develop new designs as per the terms sealsreciprocating and sliding friction , improve process control sensors and friction in thecompletion of the data based on the development and implementation industrial models offriction units and technology enhancement. All the areas of developed tribomonitoring strategyare protected by patents.
