Показано, що вибір складу металу для відновлення деталей ходової частиниповинен виконуватися з урахуванням гранулометричного складу абразивногосередовища. Приведені результати дослідження зношування зразків,наплавлених з додаванням порошкових матеріалів та накладанням зовнішньогомагнітного поля. Наведені значення оптимальної твердості та хімічний складматеріалу наплавок, що рекомендуються для подовження термінуексплуатації деталей.
It is shown that the choice of metal for restoration of chassis parts should be carried out takinginto consideration the granulometric composition of the abrasive medium. Experimental studiesrevealed the grain refinement of buildups caused by the influence of external magnetic fieldand the implementation of the particulate material. Wear test conducted with the filing as anabrasive the quartz sand fixed by fractions composition, determined the dependence of thesample mass loss from the hardnessand chemical composition of the surface layers. With thesize incensement of the dominant sand fraction up to 0.9 mm it is recommended to increase thehardness and degree of doping respectively (up to HV 550...500), under the values 1.0...1.2mm - on the contrary, to decrease (up to HV 350...300). The values of the optimum hardnessand chemical composition of the surfacing material that are recommended for longer life partsare given.
