We've illustrated the definition of fields arising in metal-polymer friction pairs of band-blockbrake and combinations thereof in open thermodynamic systems at discrete contact. We haveconsidered the following questions: fields arising from the frictional interaction of metalpolymerfriction pairs; combination of fields in open thermodynamic systems of metal-polymerfriction pair considering contacting discreteness; determination of operational parameters inband-block brakes of drawworks.
