The article examines a computer model of the spots of the micro-projection contacts of themetal-polymer friction pairs of the band-block brake of draw-works during the friction interaction,taking into account the parameters of the mechanical, electrical and thermal fields. Duringthe contact-impulse interaction of the micro-projections of the friction surfaces of the metalpolymerpairs of the braking devices, the friction elements feel the electrothermalmechanicaland strained and distorted state and we've observed the distribution of the electric and thermalfields near the contact interaction area. The calculation characteristics of the mechanical, electricaland thermal contacts by means of the mathematical model has several advantages incomparison with the analytical methods. Thus, the deformation calculation of each microprojectioncan more accurately take into account the peculiarities of the contact than during theanalytical calculation that is related to the averaging of its characteristics. The discrete contactin the metal-polymer friction pairs of the braking devices depends on the constant positionchange of its basic sites. The latter turn out to be the centers of the electrical and thermal inequalitieswith different energy levels. The mathematical model of the electrothermalmechanicalcontact is formed of the characteristics received from the mechanical, electrical and thermalfields that occur on the micro-projection spots.
