У статті досліджено індивідуально-профілактичні заходи запобігання злочинам проти життя та здоров'я особи у кримінально-виконавчих установах закритого типу. До таких заходів віднесено: виявлення осіб, чиї вчинки та переконання свідчать про реальну можливість вчинення ними таких злочинів;всебічний аналіз поведінки цих осіб з метою встановлення джерел негативного впливу на них; виявлення можливостей нейтралізації джерел негативного впливу на профілактуємих, а також вивчення варіантів відвернення чи припинення злочинних дій останніх на випадок, якщо заходи профілактики не принесуть успіху; контроль за поведінкою осіб, схильних до вчинення цих злочинів, періодичні перевірки результатів здійснених профілактичних заходів.
В статье исследованы индивидуально-профилактические меры предупреждения преступлений против жизни и здоровья человека в уголовно-исполнительных учреждениях закрытого типа. К таким мерам отнесены: выявление лиц, чьи поступки и убеждения свидетельствуют о реальной возможности совершения ими таких преступлений; всесторонний анализ поведения этих лиц с целью установления источников негативного воздействия на них; выявление возможностей нейтрализации источников негативного воздействия на профилактируемых, а также изучение вариантов предотвращения или прекращения преступных действий последних на случай, если меры профилактики не принесут успеха; контроль за поведением лиц, склонных к совершению этих преступлений, периодические проверки результатов осуществленных профилактических мероприятий
The article is dedicated to research of individual preventive measures concerning crimes against life and health in closed-type penitentiary institutions. Such measures include: identification of persons, whose actions and beliefs indicate a real possibility of committing such crimes; a comprehensive analysis of behavior of these individuals to determine the sources of negative impact on them; identification of opportunities to neutralize sources of negative influence on such persons and exploration options for preventing or stopping of criminal acts last in case preventive measures will not bring success; control of behavior of persons who are likely to commit these crimes, periodic inspections of results of undertaken preventive measures. It is designated that authorities and operational staff of penitentiary institutions could get information about persons, who are likely to commit crimes against life and health, from different sources. The author of the article considers multiple documents as those sources: personal dossiers of convicted persons; complaints and applications of inmates; their relatives and other persons; the materials of medical units and other services of penal institution; departmental tests; submissions of prosecution; characterization of interrogator; the orientation of authorities of penal or pre-trial institution, where inmate was dwelled before; messages of internal affairs, personal observations of operative workers; intelligence perquisition of convicted persons; polygraph testing; information from secret apparatus;correspondence of inmates.
