Torts in the insurance industry – are one of the greatest challenges for insurance companies around the world. To effectively countering to the offenses of insurance the first and most obvious step is the formation of a unified approach to the concept of insurance fraud and securing it by law. Another important step is the introduction of an international system of collective security experience in insurance that unite the efforts of all insurance companies in the fight against fraud, the creation of special government and central bank data on cases of fraud in insurance, providing of legislative competences to carry out search operations on cases of violations in the insurance industry of security personnel of insurance companies and special bodies.
