Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей механізму адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності цивільної авіації. Також надано авторське визначення цього виду галузевого регулювання через призму норм єдиного кодифікованого акту, норми якого регулюють використання повітряного простору за допомогою повітряних суден, – Повітряного кодексу України.
Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей механизма административно-правового регулирования деятельности гражданской авиации. Также предоставлено авторское определение этого вида отраслевового регулирования через призму норм единого кодифицированного акта, нормы которого регулируют использование воздушного пространства с помощью воздушных судов, – Воздушного кодекса Украины.
The article is devoted to research of features of mechanism of administrative and law regulations of civil aviation activity. Except for that, the mechanism of the administrativ-law regulation of activity of civil aviation is considered as the special category, a basic place in which (mechanism) belongs to the norms of law. The vision ofauthors on definition of a mechanism of the administrativ- law regulations of activity of civil aviation is also given.
