Від них залежать життя та здоров'я людини і забезпечення нагальних природних потреб людини у харчуванні. Звернуто увагу на вимоги до цих об'єктів прав, запропоновано їх врегулювати у главі 13 ЦК України та привести до останнього термінологію спеціального закону

От них зависят жизнь и здоровье человека, обеспечение насущных естественных потребностей человека в питании. Обращено внимание на требования к этим объектам прав, предложено их урегулировать в главе 13 ГК и привести к требованиям последнего терминологию специального закона

Food safety is a global problem that threatens the most legally protected values life and human health, as an export oriented manufacturing activities with their impact on the economy of Ukraine. Their quality affects the quality of life, social activity of man, demographic aspects. Food Safety is manifested as requirements for the food raw materials and accompanying materials through standards that are usually treated, preventing malicious threats to their effects on the body and health of not only present but also future generations. They mostly are mandatory and can not be otherwise.
