У статті проаналізовано поняття "правовий вплив" та "адміністративно-правовий вплив", а також визначено їх співвідношення. Здійснено аналіз наукових позицій щодо розуміння сутності зазначених понять. Охарактеризовано ознаки, структурні елементи та форми адміністративно-правового впливу.

This condition is caused by the necessity of continuous improvement of legal norms and mechanisms for regulation of the new social relations or improvingexisting. Public regulation is a self-sufficient phenomenon but it still needs clearly defined and transparent rules that will lead individuals and society to develop. So it shows and proves the main feature of the law - to influence people's behavior and direct it in the desired direction. This legal effect may have different forms: legal regulations, justice, customs and so on. The purpose of this article is searching logical interrelation between the concepts "legal influence " and "administrative-legal influence".
