У статті досліджується порядок проведення огляду місця події як одна із найбільш складних слідчих дій та її процесуальний порядок оформлення. Розглянуті загальні вимоги до проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій, процесуальні документи, оформлювані при огляді місця події, а також випадки проведення додаткового і повторного огляду місця події.
В статье исследуется порядок проведения осмотра места происшествия как одна из наиболее сложных следственных действий и ее процессуальный порядок оформления. Рассмотрены общие требования к проведению следственных действий, процессуальные документы, оформляемые при осмотре места проишествия, а также случаи проведения дополнительного и повторного осмотра места проишествия.

Tsymbaliuk Procedural order of inspection of the site This paper examines the examination of the scene as one of the most complex investigation and its remedial order execution. In the article value concepts of "scene" and "crime scene" are researched. The author emphasizes that there is a difference between these definitions. It's said that criminalistics consider "scene" to be the location outdoors or in the building where the tracks of the crime were found. “Crime scene” is understood as a place of committing a crime. That is why there can be few "scenes" in the same criminal proceeding. Particular attention is paid to the general requirements of the inspection scene. It is also mentioned in the article that after inspection of the scene a protocol is composed according to all the requirements. On this stage the investigator and other participants of the inspection analyze all the data they gathered, size up if they achieved their goals. As a result of such analyze it is possible to find flaws and correct them in a way of one more inspection. These requirements are: - the protocol must meet the requirements of the law, that should be made in accordance with the requirements of the rules and contain all necessary details; - the description of the detected object should be accurate and consistent; - if it is possible terminologyshould be understandable for the public; - everything that has to do with the case must be fully described; - it should be written, what were the conditions of the review (lighting, rain, snow, air temperature, humidity, etc.); - be sure to mark the beginning and end view, and breaks at work, if any. Proposals for improving national procedural law governing the procedure for inspection of the site are done in the article.
