This paper considers interaction of ctive and and passive radiolocation systems working jointly. The receiver device syntheses has been made by using Markov's theory of nonlinear optimalfiltering. Both a radiometer and a radar use signal polarizable processing. It was obtained a four channel receiver architecture and an equation of an information parameter measuring estimation variance as a result of syntheses. A comparisonof a measuring error of the integrated system and its separate elements shoved, that the error in first case is always lower than in second case. At that the advantage is more significant under low signal-to-noise ratio.
