An efficiency of applying a methodology of the shelter Object‘s problems solution build upon an interdisciplinary base to research of the risk for ecologically hazardous systems encasement is demonstrated. The encasement with connected components is considered to be a subject to multi-factor analysis of nuclear, radiation, environmental and common safety in the course of current exploitation and transformation.
