The principle of time measuring of a dosed fuel portion expenditure, with monitoring of the exterior factors operating on the driving automobile and road conditions is in the basis of the complex PT operation. One of the dismension complex ' features is the modes' stabilizing of the automobile fuel system. The original designed meniscus flowmeter intended for measuring of the fuel expenditure with precision of + -0.4% was used in the gaging complex PT.
