In given article influence of the basis on intensity of seismic fluctuations of a construction which depends not only on a design and dynamic characteristics of the last, but also from a geological structure of the basis and characteristics of breeds composing it is considered. And also it is offered to the recommendation on modeling constructions together wiht the basis with the help of a method of final elements.
