In the report bases of the spektral theory of calculation of designs on seismic stability are submitted. The basic aspects of a problem are stated: the task of the initial seismological information, the requirement to designs depending on their responsibility, a choice of settlement models of designs, dynamic and strenght calculation of a construction.
