In this article is considered integrated approach by introduction in practice new energy conservation equipment, new methods of economy motor fuel, based on prevention losses from evaporation during storage, transportation and distribution, development and realization of new methodical approaches of an effective utilization fuel, acceptance of scientifically proved decisions provides the decision of the important scientific and technical problem of rational use motor fuel, and also reduction man-caused loadings on an environment with this sphere of anthropogenic activity.
