The main results of the Technical Proposals (TP) Project on building the regional (nation-wise) Integrated Radio Navigation system (IRNS) based on the integration of the "Loran-C/Chaika" PPRNSs, using the ground-based radio-transmitting equipment, and the GPS/GLONASS satellite RNSs (SRNS) are considered. The proposals on the time scale mutual synchronization and creation of the integrated user GNSS receivers are estimated.
