Physical and geometric characteristics of larynx and adjacent to it cavities are analyzed as a air flow channel. Physical model of this part of the respiratory system was built in the basis of this analysis. The model is used to develop the experimental methods that allow evaluating aerodynamic resistance of the channel as well as spectra of noise, generated by the airflow into the model. Analysis of experimental data allowed drawing a number of important conclusions concerning aerodynamic and acoustic properties of respiratory tract.
