Особливості архітектурно-просторової організації аеропортів малої авіації України

Abstract

У дослідженні розглянуто особливості архітектурно-просторового формування аеропортів малої авіації в умовах сучасних транспортних, соціальних та містобудівних викликів. Визначено роль малих аеропортів як елементів регіональної інфраструктури, що забезпечують мобільність населення, розвиток навчальної та бізнес-авіації, підтримку гуманітарних і санітарних перевезень, а також формування нових громадських та рекреаційних просторів. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми дослідження, визначено мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет і методи дослідження, висвітлено наукову новизну та практичне значення отриманих результатів. У першому розділі «Визначення поняття, актуальність та історія будівництва малих аеропортів» проаналізовано сучасний стан та значення малої авіації в Україні й світі. Розглянуто основні проблеми розвитку регіональної авіаційної інфраструктури, досліджено наукові праці, нормативну базу та сучасні тенденції проєктування малих аеропортів. Виявлено ключові принципи формування компактних, гнучких та багатофункціональних авіаційних комплексів, інтегрованих у транспортну та громадську структуру територій. У другому розділі «Просторова та функціональна організація аеропортів малої авіації» визначено типологічні моделі та особливості функціонально-планувальної структури сучасних малих аеропортів. Проаналізовано міжнародний та український досвід формування авіаційно-громадських комплексів, що поєднують авіаційну, освітню, рекреаційну та подієву функції. Розкрито принципи організації громадського ядра, сценарності внутрішнього простору, багаторівневої системи доступу та інтеграції світлових і матеріально-тектонічних рішень у формування архітектурного образу. У третьому розділі «Концепція архітектурно-планувального формування малого аеропорту» запропоновано авторську модель авіаційно-громадського комплексу на базі аеродрому «Аеропракт» у Київській області. Розроблено концепцію просторової організації, що базується на взаємодії авіаційного, навчального та громадського функціональних ядер. Запропоновано об’ємно-просторове рішення з централізованим громадським ядром, інтегрованими навчальними просторами, готельно-ресторанним блоком та подієвими функціями. Обґрунтовано використання великопрольотних конструкцій, параметричної покрівельної оболонки, світлопрозорих фасадних систем та енергоефективних інженерних рішень, що формують сучасний архітектурний образ і забезпечують гнучкість експлуатації комплексу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у формуванні архітектурно-просторової моделі малого аеропорту як багатофункціонального авіаційно-громадського комплексу, що інтегрує транспортну, освітню, рекреаційну та подієву інфраструктуру в єдину просторову систему. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання сформульованих принципів та проєктних рішень для розвитку та модернізації мережі малих аеропортів України відповідно до сучасних потреб транспортної інфраструктури та післявоєнного відновлення територій. The research examines the features of the architectural and spatial formation of small aviation airports under contemporary transport, social, and urban development challenges. The role of small airports as elements of regional infrastructure ensuring population mobility, development of educational and business aviation, support of humanitarian and medical transportation, as well as the formation of new public and recreational spaces is determined. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, defines the purpose, objectives, object, subject, and methods of the study, and highlights the scientific novelty and practical significance of the obtained results. The first chapter, “Definition, Relevance and History of Small Airport Construction,” analyzes the current condition and significance of small aviation in Ukraine and worldwide. The main problems of regional aviation infrastructure development are considered, scientific research and regulatory documentation are analyzed, and contemporary trends in the design of small airports are identified. Key principles of forming compact, flexible, and multifunctional aviation complexes integrated into transport and public territorial structures are revealed. The second chapter, “Spatial and Functional Organization of Small Aviation Airports,” defines typological models and features of the functional and planning structure of contemporary small airports. International and Ukrainian experience in the formation of aviation-public complexes combining aviation, educational, recreational, and event functions is analyzed. Principles of organizing the public core, spatial scenography, multilevel access systems, and the integration of lighting and material-tectonic solutions into the architectural image formation are revealed. The third chapter, “Concept of Architectural and Planning Formation of a Small Airport,” presents the author’s model of an aviation-public complex based on the “Aeroprakt” airfield in Kyiv region. A concept of spatial organization based on the interaction of aviation, educational, and public functional cores has been developed. The proposed spatial solution includes a centralized public core, integrated educational spaces, a hotel and restaurant block, and event functions. The use of large-span structural systems, a parametric roof shell, translucent facade systems, and energy-efficient engineering solutions is substantiated, forming a contemporary architectural image and ensuring flexibility of the complex operation. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the formation of an architectural and spatial model of a small airport as a multifunctional aviation-public complex integrating transport, educational, recreational, and event infrastructure into a unified spatial system. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the formulated principles and design solutions for the development and modernization of the network of small airports in Ukraine according to contemporary transport infrastructure needs and post-war territorial recovery.
