Особливості архітектурно-просторової організації аеропортів малої авіації України

Abstract

Дане дослідження присвячене аналізу стильової трансформації курортної архітектури Карпатського регіону та визначенню ключових архітектурно-художніх засад проектування сучасних рекреаційних об’єктів, що інтегрують традиційний контекст у новітні об’ємно-просторові рішення. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, яка полягає у необхідності подолання хаотичної забудови гірських територій та пошуку сучасної регіональної ідентичності. Визначено мету роботи — теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка проектних пропозицій щодо формування стилістично цілісних курортних комплексів. Окреслено наукову новизну, що полягає у систематизації стильових ознак «карпатського регіоналізму» в умовах сучасного будівництва. У першому розділі роботи – «Історичний екскурс та аналіз досвіду проектування архітектури українських Карпат» – розглянуто еволюцію архітектури Карпат XX–XXI століть: від елітарного модерну та закопанського стилю до радянського регіоналізму та сучасних комерційних реплікацій. Проаналізовано кращі світові практики, що базуються на принципах мінімального втручання в екосистему та використанні автентичних матеріалів у сучасній інтерпретації. У другому розділі – «Формування курортних комплексів з використанням стильових особливостей архітектури українських Карпат» – досліджено вплив природно-кліматичних та соціокультурних чинників на морфологію забудови. Приділено увагу на вплив ландшафтного середовища та традиційних мотивів на зовнішній вигляд споруд, їх подальшої трансформації та переосмислення у сучасні просторові рішення. Розглянуто світовий досвід «критичного регіоналізму» та його роль у формуванні сучасної естетики гірської архітектури. Визначено основні прийоми формування курортних комплексів з використанням стильових особливостей архітектури українських Карпат. У третьому розділі — «Проєктна концепція формування курортного комплексу на 1000 місць у c. Мерешор» — подано авторське рішення об’єкта курортного комплексу. Проект базується на принципах каскадної фрагментації об’ємів, сучасних принципів об'ємно-просторового планування та автентичного поєднання матеріалів. Запропоновано прийоми дематеріалізації великого об’єму через активну пластику фасадів та багатосхилі дахи, що візуально корелюють із ритмікою гірського рельєфу. Отримані результати мають практичне значення для архітектурної практики при створенні об’єктів, що потребують глибокої інтеграції в історико-культурний та природний ландшафт Карпат. This study is dedicated to the analysis of the stylistic transformation of resort architecture in the Carpathian region and the determination of key architectural and artistic principles for designing modern recreational objects that integrate traditional context into innovative volumetric and spatial solutions. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, which consists in the need to overcome chaotic development of mountain territories and the search for a modern regional identity. The goal of the work is defined — theoretical substantiation and development of project proposals for the formation of stylistically consistent resort complexes. The scientific novelty is outlined, consisting in the systematization of stylistic features of "Carpathian regionalism" in the conditions of modern construction. In the first chapter – "Historical excursion and analysis of design experience of the architecture of the Ukrainian Carpathians" – the evolution of the architecture of the Carpathians of the XX–XXI centuries is considered: from elite Art Nouveau and the Zakopane style to Soviet regionalism and modern commercial replications. The best world practices based on the principles of minimal intervention in the ecosystem and the use of authentic materials in modern interpretation are analyzed. In the second chapter – "Formation of resort complexes using the stylistic features of the architecture of the Ukrainian Carpathians" – the influence of natural-climatic and socio-cultural factors on the morphology of development is investigated. Attention is paid to the influence of the landscape environment and traditional motifs on the appearance of structures, their further transformation and reinterpretation into modern spatial solutions. The world experience of "critical regionalism" and its role in the formation of modern aesthetics of mountain architecture is considered. The main techniques for forming resort complexes using the stylistic features of the architecture of the Ukrainian Carpathians are defined. In the third chapter — "Project concept of the formation of a resort complex for 1000 places in the village of Mereshor" — the author's solution for the resort complex object is presented. The project is based on the principles of cascading fragmentation of volumes, modern principles of volumetric-spatial planning, and an authentic combination of materials. Techniques for the dematerialization of a large volume through active plasticity of facades and multi-slope roofs that visually correlate with the rhythm of the mountain relief are proposed. The obtained results have practical significance for architectural practice in creating objects that require deep integration into the historical, cultural, and natural landscape of the Carpathians.
