Пам’ятник воїну-захиснику Ірпеня

Abstract

Пам’ятник воїну-захиснику Ірпеня присвячений добровольцю, який за власним рішенням став на оборону міста в перші дні повномасштабної війни. Скульптура поєднує реалістичне портретне зображення конкретного солдата та символічну архітектоніку, що нагадує силует тризуба. Основна ідея проєкту - зберегти пам’ять про людей, які, взяли зброю, щоб захистити свій дім.

У записці викладено творчий задум, історичні та мистецькі передумови проєкту, аналіз меморіальної тематики сучасної України, а також технічний процес створення скульптури. Робота розкриває символіку елементів композиції - плити-«ворота», мечі з написами «сила» і «воля», щит із гербом Ірпеня - і пояснює, як вони формують єдиний образ стійкості та оборони. The monument to the defender of Irpin is dedicated to a volunteer soldier who chose to defend the city in the early days of the full-scale invasion. The sculpture combines a realistic portrait of a specific serviceman with a symbolic architectural structure that forms the silhouette of the Ukrainian trident. The project aims to preserve the memory of ordinary people who took up arms to protect their home.

The explanatory note presents the artistic concept, historical and artistic context, analysis of contemporary Ukrainian memorial culture, and the technical process behind the sculpture’s creation. The symbolic meaning of the main compositional elements - the “city gate” stone slabs, the swords marked “strength” and “will,” and the shield with the Irpin coat of arms - is examined in relation to the overall image of resilience and defense.
