Короткий опис(реферат):
Тема проєкту – створення будівлі драматичного театру в одному з районів м. Києва. Метою дипломного проєкту стала розробка закладу культури, спрямованого на задоволення потреб населення району і міста в цілому в активному культурному дозвіллі, доступу до театрального мистецтва.
Приміщення театру задовольняє потреби населення Києва і гостей столиці у театральному мистецтві та видовищних заходах. Проєкт розміщений у попередньо розробленій і просторово організованій частині Голосіївського району м. Києва. Театр інтегрований в структуру кварталу та мікрорайонів міста.
Виділена ділянка займає 5, 05 га.
Будівля театру розташована з урахуванням всіх особливостей місцевості, що робить зручним доступ до нього для маломобільних груп населення. Драматичний театр має багатогранну об’ємно-просторову форму, засклене фойє відкриває вид на Дніпровську затоку з набережною. Театр матиме 3 поверхи і функціональний дах, де будуть розташовані заклад харчування і зони відпочинку.
Глядацька зала запроєктована з урахуванням вимог до організації звуку, для чого оснащена звуковідбивними пристроями і матеріалами. Одним з ключових архітектурних рішень є розробка структурного рельєфного фасаду, який зроблений за принципом плетіння. Глядацька зала розрахована на максимальну місткість до 800 осіб.
Театр забезпечений всім необхідним інженерним обладнанням, а саме: електрикою, опаленням, системою кондиціюванням, водопроводом, зовнішнім та внутрішнім освітленням, інтернетом, вентиляцією, засобами пожежної безпеки та евакуації.
The topic of the project is the creation of a drama theater building in one of the districts of Kyiv. The goal of the diploma project was to develop a cultural institution aimed at meeting the needs of the population of the district and the city as a whole in active cultural leisure, access to theatrical art.
The theater premises meet the needs of the population of Kyiv and guests of the capital in theatrical art and entertainment events. The project is located in a previously developed and spatially organized part of the Holosiivskyi District of Kyiv. The theater is integrated into the structure of the quarter and microdistricts of the city.
The allocated area occupies 5.05 hectares.
The theater building is located taking into account all the features of the terrain, which makes it convenient for people with limited mobility. The drama theater has a multifaceted volumetric and spatial form, the glazed lobby opens up a view of the Dnieper Bay with the embankment. The theater will have 3 floors and a functional roof, where catering establishment and recreation areas will be located.
The auditorium is designed taking into account the requirements for the organization of sound, for which it is equipped with sound-reflecting devices and
materials. One of the key architectural solutions is the development of a structural relief facade, which is made according to the principle of weaving. The auditorium is designed for a maximum capacity of up to 800 people.
The theater is equipped with all the necessary engineering equipment, namely: electricity, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, external and internal lighting, internet, ventilation, fire safety and evacuation equipment.
