Проблеми організації спортивних парків у містобудівній структурі Києва

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі організації спортивних парків у місті Києві як одного з містобудівних елементів психологіч-ного та фізичного оздоровлення населення. Особливого значення надається реабілітації існуючих спортивних осередків, поруйнова-них фрагментів парків районного та загальноміського значення. Розглядається питання з метою їхньої реконструкції, модернізації та перетворення на спортивні парки багатофункційного призначення, які можуть стати базою для створення сучасної спортивно-рекреаційної системи міста. The article is about the organization of sports parks in the structure of one of the biggest ukrainian city Kyiv as an important social urban planning project on creating conditions for psychological and physical health of its citizens. In every locality of Ukraine, especially in Kiev, there are many neglected and damaged fragments of parks, recreational forests, abandoned playgrounds and stadiums without proper equipment and basic conveniences. Just bringing them to the proper state whereas the price is not as costly as it requires the creation of new sports centers, substantially would solve the problem of developing in Kyiv an appropriate system of sports parks near the accommodations, educational institutions or near work having a great transport infrastructure at close quarters. In recent years, according to experts, in the country there is a tendency to reduce the life expectancy of men and women, which is now 1015 years lower than in developed countries. It’s difficlut to change radically the situation only through the existing traditional health care system due to lack of funds for its development. Only in the last five years the number of pupils and students, considered by the health for special medical group have increased by 41 %. At that the most vulnerable people are those who considered the sport as the only mean of social adaptation and vital self-determination and self-realisation. Today, governments of developed countries focus attention on the importance of physical development, physical education and sports, considering them as the most economically beneficial and efficient means of preventing diseases, strengthening the gene pool and solving a number of social problems. Sport is the key to health, disability and human persistence. As for the children, sport is becoming a school of character, healthy emotional state, physical and spiritual development, the ability to improve such qualities as perseverance, determination, a sense of community. The analysis of the existing sports and recreational infrastructure of Kyiv allows to state the possibility of establishing on its basis the modern system of sports parks which are gaining popularity in civilized countries as their functional filling corresponds to the requirements of physical training for different age and social groups from family vacations up to the teams based on friendly relations.
