Особливості проектування освітніх комплексів

Abstract

Дане наукове дослідження присвячене глибокому аналізу та розкриттю особливостей проектування освітніх комплексів, зосереджуючись на їхній актуальності в сучасних реаліях на території України та важливості формоутворення таких комплексів. В контексті дослідження розкривається поняття освітнього комплекс, який включає інтегровану спільноту освітніх закладів та житлових приміщень. Робота аналізує актуальність освітніх комплексів у зв'язку зі змінами в підходах до освіти, розвитком інтегрованого освітнього середовища та потребою в ефективному навчанні та розвитку учнів або ж студентів. Також висвітлюється важливість питання створення комплексних навчальних осередків саме в сучасному українському контексті та значущості формоутворення таких комплексів з врахування нагальних потреб у підходах до проектування навчальних закладів. Дослідження також розкриває особливості планування та організації окремих будівель, що входять до складу освітніх комплексів. Враховуються функціональність, безпека та зручність для користувачів при розробці архітектурної структури цих будівель, що одним з ключових аспектів дослідження. Ця частина роботи детально розглядає процес проектування та розташування будівель на території комплексу з урахуванням їхньої функціональності, зонування та забезпечення зручних умов для користувачів. Додатково, дослідження висвітлює аспекти організації території освітніх комплексів, включаючи розташування різних зон, таких як навчальні, адміністративні, житлові, спортивні та рекреаційні, а також способи комунікації та взаємодії між складовими комплексу. В ході дослідження використовуються різноманітні джерела, книги, наукові статті та дослідження, що містять цінну інформацію про проектування та організацію освітніх комплексів. Дослідження складається з трьох розділів, кожен з яких розглядає певний аспект проектування освітніх комплексів. Розділ 1 «Огляд предметної області та аналіз сучасного стану проектування навчальних комплексів» присвячений детальному аналізу проектного досвіду, як зарубіжного так і вітчизняного, а також висвітлює історичний контекст, пов'язаний з обраною темою. У цьому розділі досліджується значення освітніх комплексів у суспільстві, їх роль у формуванні освіти та соціального розвитку. Висновки даного розділу покликані сформулювати чітке поняття історичні передумови до створення даного типу будівель, роль освітніх комплексів у вирішенні соціальних питань на території України, та виокремити основні тенденції проектування освітніх комплексів у світі, які будуть враховані у подальшому проектуванні. Розділ 2 "Розгляд нормативної бази для проектування навчальних комплексів" зосереджений на теоретичному аналізі основних понять, принципів та чинників, що впливають на проектування освітніх комплексів. У цьому розділі досліджуються містобудівні аспекти, типологічні якості та особливості архітектурно-просторової структури освітніх комплексів. Звертається увага на функціональні, ергономічні та естетичні аспекти проектування. Розглядаються нормативні документи у яких вказуються вимоги до проектування комплексів будівель даного типу. Висновки розділу мають на меті систематизувати отримані результати та визначити основні принципи та рекомендації для проектування освітніх комплексів. Розділ 3 "Проектування освітнього центру" пропонує авторське рішення та методику проектування освітніх комплексів. В цьому розділі описується концепція проекту, виконаного за результатами проведеного дослідження. Аналізується функціонально-планувальна структура та пластична мова архітектури проектованого освітнього комплексу. Також висвітлюються рекомендації щодо використання новітніх технологій та ресурсозбереження в проектуванні навчальних закладів даного типу. Висновки даного розділу містять основні результати та рекомендації, які допоможуть у практичному застосуванні розроблених концепцій та методики. Отримані в ході дослідження результати сприятимуть подальшому розвитку теорії та практики проектування освітніх комплексів, освітніх комплексів, а також нададуть практичні рекомендації для проектування та розвитку таких будівель, щоб забезпечити оптимальні умови для навчання, розвитку та життя учнів, студентів та спільноти освітніх працівників. Дослідження дає можливість зрозуміти значення та вплив освітніх комплексів на сучасну суспільну сферу, а також розробити нові підходи та рекомендації для вдосконалення їх проектування. This research is devoted to an in-depth analysis and disclosure of the design features of educational complexes, focusing on their relevance in modern realities in Ukraine and the importance of forming such complexes. In the context of the study, the concept of an educational complex is revealed, which includes an integrated community of educational institutions and residential premises. The work analyzes the relevance of educational complexes in connection with changes in approaches to education, the development of an integrated educational environment and the need for effective learning and development of pupils or students. It also highlights the importance of creating integrated educational centers in the modern Ukrainian context and the importance of forming such complexes, taking into account the urgent needs in approaches to the design of educational institutions. The study also reveals the peculiarities of planning and organization of individual buildings that are part of educational complexes. Functionality, safety, and userfriendliness are taken into account when developing the architectural structure of these buildings, which is one of the key aspects of the study. This part of the study examines in detail the process of designing and locating buildings on the territory of the complex, taking into account their functionality, zoning, and ensuring convenient conditions for users. Additionally, the study highlights aspects of the organization of the territory of educational complexes, including the location of various zones, such as educational, administrative, residential, sports and recreational, as well as the methods of communication and interaction between the components of the complex. The study uses a variety of sources, books, scientific articles and studies that contain valuable information about the design and organization of educational complexes. The study consists of three chapters, each of which addresses a specific aspect of the design of educational complexes. Section 1, "Overview of the Subject Area and Analysis of the Current State of Educational Complex Design," is devoted to a detailed analysis of design experience, both foreign and domestic, and highlights the historical context related to the chosen topic. This section explores the importance of educational complexes in society, their role in shaping education and social development. The conclusions of this section are intended to formulate a clear concept of the historical background to the creation of this type of building, the role of educational complexes in solving social issues in Ukraine, and to highlight the main trends in the design of educational complexes in the world, which will be taken into account in further design. Chapter 2, "Consideration of the Regulatory Framework for the Design of Educational Complexes," focuses on the theoretical analysis of the basic concepts, principles, and factors that influence the design of educational complexes. This section examines urban planning aspects, typological qualities and features of the architectural and spatial structure of educational complexes. Attention is paid to the functional, ergonomic and aesthetic aspects of design. Regulatory documents that specify the requirements for the design of building complexes of this type are considered. The conclusions of the chapter are aimed at systematizing the results obtained and defining the basic principles and recommendations for the design of educational complexes. Chapter 3 "Designing an Educational Center" offers the author's solution and methodology for designing educational complexes. This section describes the concept of the project based on the results of the study. The functional and planning structure and plastic language of the architecture of the designed educational complex are analyzed. It also highlights recommendations for the use of the latest technologies and resource saving in the design of educational institutions of this type. The conclusions of this section contain the main results and recommendations that will help in the practical application of the developed concepts and methods. The results obtained in the course of the study will contribute to the further development of the theory and practice of designing educational complexes, educational complexes, and will provide practical recommendations for the design and development of such buildings to ensure optimal conditions for the learning, development and life of pupils, students and the community of educators. The study provides an opportunity to understand the importance and impact of educational complexes on the modern public sphere, as well as to develop new approaches and recommendations for improving their design.
