Abstract

У дипломній роботі атріум є центром будівельної композиції та

головним рекреаційним простором. Більш прийнятним архітектурно- планувальним рішенням закладу організація простору у вигляді самостійних

корпусів, які з’єднані між собою через стилобатну частину будівлі, головне приміщення вестибюльна частина, а в ньому – розміщено ряд установ різнопрофільного інфраструктурного забезпечення – харчування, магазинами, виставками, тощо. Готель розділений на чотири групи: приміщення громадського призначення, адміністративно – господарські, інженерно – технічні та підсобні приміщення, житлова частина розміщуються з четвертого по восьмий поверх, та є відокремленою від загального користування. Орієнтація номерів виходить на південну та східну частину. Більшу частину внутрішнього простору будівлі займає критий внутрішній двір-атріум, який завдяки каскадній композиції, уступами звужується догори. Цей атріум, освітлений через суцільне скління. In the thesis, the atrium is the center of the building composition and the main recreational space. A more acceptable architectural and planning solution of the institution is the organization of space in the form of independent buildings, which are connected to each other through the stylobate part of the building, the main room is the lobby part, and it houses a number of institutions of various infrastructural support - catering, shops, exhibitions, etc. The hotel is divided into four groups: public premises, administrative - economic, engineering - technical and auxiliary premises, the residential part is located from the fourth to the eighth floor, and is separated from the general use. The orientation of the rooms overlooks the southern and eastern parts.

Most of the internal space of the building is occupied by a covered courtyard- atrium, which, thanks to the cascading composition, narrows upwards with ledges.

This atrium is illuminated through continuous glazing.
