Проект готелю у Дарницькому районі м.Києва є актуальним через відсутність готелів високого ступеня обслуговування поблизу, зручність розташування відносно інфтраструктури мікрорайону та туристичного центру міста. Цетральне розташування, забезпечений зручний під’їзд та паркінг до об’єкту. З Північного боку споруда примикає до озеленої набережної річки Дніпро, яка є приємним місцем для прогулянки та видніється з вікон номерів. Готель має атріумну стуктуру планування, яка забезпечує зручну та швидку доступність до

всіх необхідних груп приміщень таких як приміщення культурно- масового призначення, фізкультурно-оздоровчих приміщень, ресторану

та вестибюльної групи. Житлові приміщення готелю розташовані з третього по п’ятий поверх, є відокремленими від приміщень масового призначення. Закритий та увінчаний скляною пірамідою, атріум надає природнє освітлення зоні відпочинку з баром, що розташована на 1 поверсі.
