Проект культурно-розважального центру на Подолі в м. Києві

Abstract

Розробляється культурно-розважального комплекс в історичному центрі Києва. При створенні проекту було враховано бажання людини сучасного світу усамітнитись в оточенні природи, але не втрачати зв'язку з цивілізацією. Також враховувалась щільність існуючої забудови Києва. Запроектований мікрорайон розміщується на пагорбах, він вписаний в рельєф місцевості. Мікрорайон має продуманий транспортний та пішохідний зв'язок та великий підземний паркінг. Доступ до всіх об'єктів дуже зручний. Культурно-розважальний центр знаходиться в серці мікрорайону в парковій зоні. Основною концепцією стало поєднання сучасної архітектури та природи. В проекті враховано досвід проектування експлуатований покрівель, а також їх інтеграцію в звичайні будівлі. Тому формоутворення комплексу відображає мінливість висот району, а основним принципом формування і є гра з висотами об'ємів. Композиція планів елементів має форми сегментів кола. Це робить інтер'єр плавним, без різких кутів. Завершує комплекс амфітеатр, який поєднує культурно-розважальний центр з пішохідною та парковою зонами. Зелені експлуатовані покрівлі добре вписуються в паркову зону, не виникає конфлікту з сучасною забудовою. Таким чином, створюється гармонійна композиція, яка поєднує природність і сучасність. Оригінальність проекту для України полягає в інноваційному влаштуванні експлуатований покрівель великого масштабу. Актуальність проекту обумовлена потребою в розробці просторових рішень, які враховують не лише функціональність, але й взаємодію з природним та соціокультурним середовищем. Цей проект відповідає сучасним тенденціям екологічності та покращує якість життя мешканців. A cultural and entertainment complex is being developed in the historic center of Kyiv. The project took into account the desire of a modern person to be alone in the environment of nature, but not to lose touch with civilization. We also took into account the density of the existing buildings in Kyiv. The designed neighborhood is located on the hills, it is inscribed in the terrain. The neighborhood has well-thought-out transport and pedestrian connections and a large underground parking lot. Access to all facilities is very convenient. The cultural and entertainment center is located in the heart of the neighborhood in a park area. The main concept is a combination of modern architecture and nature. The project takes into account the experience of designing exploited roofs, as well as their integration into conventional buildings. Therefore, the form of the complex reflects the variability of the heights of the area, and the main principle of formation is a game with the heights of the volumes. The composition of the element plans has the shape of circle segments. This makes the interior smooth, without sharp corners. The complex is completed by an amphitheater that combines the cultural and entertainment center with pedestrian and park areas. Green exploited roofs fit well into the park area, and there is no conflict with modern buildings. Thus, a harmonious composition is created that combines naturalness and modernity. The originality of the project for Ukraine lies in the innovative arrangement of large-scale exploited roofs. The relevance of the project is driven by the need to develop spatial solutions that take into account not only functionality but also interaction with the natural and socio-cultural environment. This project is in line with current trends in sustainability and improves the quality of life of residents.
