Відомості щодо дипломної роботи: Розташований в центрі мікрорайону, що сприяє його доступності з усіх сторін мікрорайону. Забезпечено зручні підземні під‘їзди до споруди, та наземні дороги, що орієнтовані на пішохода (але з урахуванням за потреби пересуватись пожежною машиною). Громадський центр забезпечуватиме мешканців мікрорайону зручним наданням адміністративних послуг, та покращить комфорт проживаючих мешканців мікрорайону. Першообразом зовнішньої частини споруди послугував «космічний корабель». Звісно - не в прямому сенсі. Концептуальним рішенням внутрішнього простору є «open space». В споруді відсутні чіткі розмежування простору. Проте присутні секції з яких можна складати внутрішній простір так - як того потребуватиме задача. Convenient underground entrances to the building and pedestrian-oriented ground roads are provided (but taking into account the possibility of fire truck movement if necessary). The community center will provide residents of the neighborhood with convenient administrative services and improve the comfort of the neighborhood residents. The first concept of the building was a "spaceship". Of course, not in the literal sense. The conceptual solution for the interior space is "open space". There are no clear delineations of space in the building. However, there are sections that can be used to compose the interior space as the task requires.
