Abstract

Актуальність, опис розділів та отримані результати Розважальний центр, що планується розміщуватися у Печерському районі м. Києва в структурі житлового кварталу. Розважальний центр є громадською спорудою , що повинна задовольнити потреби у дозвіллі жителів прилеглої забудови. Важливою складовою проєкту є наявність простору для проведення культурно-соціальних та фізично-оздоровчих подій чи звичайна наявність місця для відпочинку. Тема досі залишається актуальною, бо завдяки таким закладами, місцеві мають можливість отримати легкодоступні заходи , що сприяють культурно-соціальному розвитку населення. Споруда має два поверхи , з другого поверху можна потрапити на експлуатовану покрівлю. В будівлі є такі приміщення: Перший поверх: Спортивні зали при яких роздягальні з санвузлами, кафе з баром , кухонний блок при кафе, зал з прилеглими до нього приміщеннями. Другий поверх: Адміністративні приміщення: бухгалтерія, кабінет директора, контора; Хореографічна зала з прилеглими роздягальнями, балкон до спортзалу. Для проекту передбачено облаштування території навколо будівлі. Створення зелених зон навколо, мощення пішохідних доріжок, влаштування місць для паркування згідно норм. Та враховано створення легкого доступу для маломобільних груп населення. Функціональна структура – простір для проведення подій Конструктивне рішення виконано згідно з інженерно-геологічними дослідженнями. Розрахований на відвідування мешканцями житлового району, в якому розташовується. The entertainment center is a public facility that should satisfy the leisure needs of the residents of the adjacent buildings. The topic is still relevant, because thanks to such institutions, locals have the opportunity to receive easily accessible activities that contribute to the cultural and social development of the population. The building has two floors, from the second floor you can get to the operated roof. The building has the following premises: First floor: Sports halls with changing rooms with bathrooms, a cafe with a bar, a kitchen unit at the cafe, a hall with adjacent premises. Second floor: Administrative premises: accounting department, director's office, office; Choreography hall with adjacent changing rooms, balcony to the gym. The project provides for the arrangement of the territory around the building. Creation of green areas around, paving of footpaths, arrangement of parking spaces in accordance with regulations. And the creation of easy access for people with reduced mobility is taken into account.
