Abstract

Мета та актуальність Метою роботи є розробка проекту фестивального центру, розташованого на вулиці "Юрківська" в Подільському районі м. Київ, який стане універсальним простором для культурних подій. Зростання потреби у сучасних і гнучких просторах, що здатні приймати фестивалі, перформанси та виставки, зумовлює актуальність цього проекту. Центр має стати важливим культурним осередком міста, який забезпечить комфортні умови для відвідувачів різного віку та інтересів, а також сприятиме розвитку культурних ініціатив. Місцезнаходження Фестивальний центр розташований у Подільському районі м. Київ на вулиці "Юрківська". Будівля має оригінальну 6-кутну форму, що дозволяє їй виділятися на фоні стандартних архітектурних рішень, але водночас органічно вписуватися в міський ландшафт завдяки мінімалістичному дизайну та використанню класичних матеріалів. Особливістю є зелені насадження на даху, що схиляються до землі, що дозволяє поєднати сучасний архітектурний вигляд з природним середовищем. Архітектурно-планувальна структура Будівля фестивального центру складається з трьох поверхів: 0, 1 та 2. На нульовому поверсі розташовано склад для зберігання обладнання, де за допомогою платформи (ліфта) можна безперешкодно піднімати навіть великі конструкції прямо на сцену. Основний простір займає велика зала з головною сценою, розташована в центрі будівлі, що дозволяє адаптувати її під різні формати подій (сидяча або стояча аудиторія). У лівій частині першого поверху буде кафе, а у правій — туалети і інфо-стійка. Верхній блок праворуч — це приміщення, що належать сцені (грімерка, технічне приміщення для подій тощо), а верхній блок ліворуч — це адміністрація та офіси. Конструкції та оздоблення Будівля має бетонний каркас, що забезпечує міцність і стабільність конструкції, з металевими фермами, які підтримують скляну покрівлю над головним залом. Це дозволяє забезпечити велику кількість природного освітлення в приміщеннях. Фасади будівлі будуть оформлені з використанням природних матеріалів, таких як бетон і метал, а також великих стекол, що створюють ефект прозорості і відкритості. У конструкції застосовуються сучасні технології для забезпечення енергоефективності та комфортних умов для відвідувачів. Доступність та інклюзивність Будівля спроектована з урахуванням доступності для всіх категорій відвідувачів, включаючи маломобільні групи населення. На першому поверсі передбачено вільне переміщення для осіб на колісних кріслах, а також ліфт для підйому на терасу над кафе. Санітарні приміщення для людей з обмеженими можливостями будуть доступні, що гарантує рівні умови для всіх користувачів будівлі. Висновок Проект фестивального центру передбачає створення універсального простору, який можна адаптувати під різні культурні та соціальні події. Завдяки своєму дизайну, що поєднує класичні архітектурні елементи з інноваційними рішеннями, будівля не тільки функціональна, а й екологічно інтегрована у міське середовище. Основною метою проекту є забезпечення зручних умов для проведення різноманітних культурних подій та сприяння розвитку міського культурного простору. Purpose and relevance The purpose of the work is to develop a project for a festival center located on Yurkivska Street in the Podilsky district of Kyiv, which will become a universal space for cultural events. The growing need for modern and flexible spaces capable of hosting festivals, performances, and exhibitions makes this project relevant. The center should become an important cultural hub of the city, providing comfortable conditions for visitors of all ages and interests, as well as promoting the development of cultural initiatives.

Location The festival center is located in the Podilsky district of Kyiv on Yurkivska Street. The building has an original hexagonal shape, which allows it to stand out from standard architectural solutions, but at the same time fits organically into the urban landscape thanks to its minimalist design and use of classic materials. A special feature is the greenery on the roof, which slopes down to the ground, allowing the modern architectural appearance to blend in with the natural environment.

Architectural and planning structure The festival center building consists of three floors: 0, 1, and 2. The ground floor houses a storage room for equipment, where even large structures can be easily lifted directly onto the stage using a platform (elevator). The main space is occupied by a large hall with a main stage located in the center of the building, which allows it to be adapted to different event formats (seated or standing audience). On the left side of the first floor, there will be a café, and on the right side, there will be restrooms and an information desk. The upper block on the right side consists of rooms belonging to the stage (dressing rooms, technical rooms for events, etc.), and the upper block on the left side consists of administration and offices.

Structure and decoration The building has a concrete frame that ensures the strength and stability of the structure, with metal trusses supporting the glass roof over the main hall. This allows for a large amount of natural light in the rooms. The facades of the building will be decorated using natural materials such as concrete and metal, as well as large glass panels, creating an effect of transparency and openness. Modern technologies are used in the construction to ensure energy efficiency and comfortable conditions for visitors.

Accessibility and inclusivity The building is designed to be accessible to all categories of visitors, including people with reduced mobility. The first floor provides free movement for wheelchair users, as well as an elevator to the terrace above the café. Sanitary facilities for people with disabilities will be available, ensuring equal conditions for all users of the building.

Conclusion The festival center project envisages the creation of a universal space that can be adapted to various cultural and social events. Thanks to its design, which combines classic architectural elements with innovative solutions, the building is not only functional but also environmentally integrated into the urban environment. The main goal of the project is to provide comfortable conditions for various cultural events and to promote the development of the urban cultural space.
